Step one
Your system runs on one GoHighLevel account, with all three studios inside it. Please sign up using the link below. It includes a free 30 day trial, so you won't pay for the subscription while we build.
Once you're in, add alana@designspirestudio.com.au as an Admin user so I can start.
01 · Scope of work
Everything below is part of the core build for all three studios, included in the $3,500.
02 · Timeline
The build starts on Monday 9 November 2026 and is scheduled for completion on Monday 21 December 2026.

Your first month after handover is fully supported. The Care Plan keeps that support going.
The build is paid in three equal instalments. The first is due before the build begins on 9 November 2026, the second on 30 November 2026, and the third on the completion date of 21 December 2026, before handover.
Where completion or handover is delayed by outstanding client input, materials or approvals, the final instalment remains due on 21 December 2026.
Not included in this agreement. GoHighLevel is from USD $97 per month after your 30 day trial. Email and SMS sends are billed at cost based on usage, and the dedicated phone number has a small monthly fee.
Any QuickBooks subscription remains your own cost.

Check your selections, then sign below. Once received, I'll send the first invoice and lock in your 9 November start.
